Meet Our Animals

Ava is a beautiful Bengal tiger who arrived at Tiger Creek with her sisters, Rosie and Elouise. Ava and her sisters are what some call “surplus cubs.” No, that doesn’t mean there are “too many tigers”—it means they were used as photo props for tourist attractions.

Ava

Nati & Singer are sisters (of Pomfret!) who were sent to us to participate in our genetic research program to help preserve the Bengal bloodline.

Singer

Pomfret is the sister of Nati and Singer who you will meet shortly, but she made it very clear that she prefers her own space—something anyone with multiple siblings can probably relate to!

Pomfret

Mustang, pronounced Moose-Tang, is a Snow-White Bengal tiger and the sister of one of our Golden Tabby Bengal Tigers, Bon, it is estimated that there are fewer than 30 golden tabby tigers in the world.

Mustang

Arula is another Golden Tabby Bengal here at Tiger Creek. Arula means “God’s Light”, and she is quite the outgoing and dominant girl. She was brought to Tiger Creek to help protect this unique line of tigers.

Nati

Elouise and Rosie are the sisters to Ava, who we will meet later were considered “surplus” cubs used in photo opportunities for the public. After they were deemed too big for that, they needed a place to call home that wouldn’t exploit them.

Rosie

Nishchala is next up on our tour and is a white Bengal tiger. Nishchala was brought to us from a facility on the east coast along with two other rare Bengals.

Nishchala

Raja was sent to us from a private collector out in West Texas who after receiving Raja, realized it was against his county’s regulations and reached out to us to give him a permanent home.

Raja

Sitaara is our youngest tiger on site and our most recent addition. Sitaara means “morning star” in Urdu/is of Hindu origin, and she was named this because of the Christmas Star that occurred the night before her arrival!

Sitaara

Bon, or as we more affectionately call him, Bon Bon when he’s being particularly adorable (which is always), is a Golden Tabby Aka Strawberry Tiger Bengal.

Bon

Elouise and Rosie are the sisters to Ava, who we will meet later were considered “surplus” cubs used in photo opportunities for the public.
