It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our resident Dunkin the raccoon. He had just had his 8th birthday, and lived a long and full life here at the sanctuary. He came to the sanctuary with his suitemate, Sweet Pea, after being taken in by a local licensed rehabber and deemed unfit for release by a veterinarian. The rehabber contacted us, and we had the honor of giving him a home. Dunkin was the shyer of the two, often seen hanging out in one of his many hides
